Orientation for Neuro is short and sweet. Starts at 8am, lasts about 45 minutes. Dr. Pruitt gives a presentation by clicking through the neuro clerkship website. Pretty painless. All students (except the Rome person) will begin duties immediately following orientation, so be ready. You will receive your assignments when you get there on Monday.
Information about orientation that I received via email is below.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On the first day of your rotation, you are to report to BI-3079 (3 West Amph) at 8:00 a.m. for neurology orientation. You will meet with the course Director, Dr. J. Ned Pruitt to discuss core rotation requirements and the neurological examination. Rotation assignments will be given the morning of January 3 (no one will be given their assignment before this date). Students will be assigned to the following rotations: Adult Neurology at MCG, Adult Neurology at the VA, Pediatric Neurology, MCG Consults and Fort Gordon Neurology.
