In at 7:00am or earlier for pre-rounds depending on how many patients you're carrying. You need to write your SOAP notes, follow up on any labs drawn overnight and prepare for attending rounds before Morning Report. Morning Report at 8:00am. Attending rounds at 8:30 or 9:00am (whenever Morning Report is over) then back up to the wards to finish check lists made at rounds. After lunch you head to the pulmonology clinic from 1:00-4:30pm. After clinic, go back up to the wards to check on patients for check out. Finish any left over work and you're usually out by 5:30-6:00pm. If it's a slow day, you'll be out by 4:30pm or so.
