Here is all the information that Hany sent out via email about the lottery. Hope this helps.
Please read everything. Many questions can be answered by reading these emails. These files will guide you through the 4th year Lottery process.
1. Please pay class dues
2. If you did not receive a packet at the class meeting, then pick them up at the Curriculum Office
3. Instructions on how to fill out the Blue Card is in the file "Registration information for Class 2007". This file is the same as one of the pages in the yellow handout. Note: If you list a month for vacation or for an away elective DO NOT list that same month for another course. For instance, if you list July as a month for vacation, do not list July as a month for doing ER. To increase your chances of getting a lotteried (S)elective, list more than 1 month for that (S)elective.
4. If you decide to switch departments, please fill out the sponsoring dept change form
5. Green Sheet must be completed for any off campus rotations or special electives that need departmental approval
6. If you were not able to attend the class meeting, then you can find the minutes in 4th year Lottery Class Meeting Minutes

8. Please refer to the Electives Booklet. This booklet contains all the information regarding Special Electives, Selectives and Electives
9. If you are interested in Peds then please read the Class of 2007 Elective Information for Rising Seniors . NOTE you must contact Janis Richardson by 1/31 if you want to schedule any Peds courses.
10. The Peds Orientation powerpoint file was Dr. Leggio's presentation at the meeting
11. The Medicine Adult Ambulatory Care file discusses how the Lottery will be run for that Selective
