Qbank is a necessity. Do ALL the questions, some as you study and most the week to week and a half before you take the exam. The Kaplan class is great for people who learn by listening to lectures as the Pharm, Immuno, and Micro professors were great for the exam.
First-Aid is great. Use it during the year if you can... if not, no sweat, most people have to relearn things before the boards. Memorize and use the pneumonics.
Do NOT neglect anatomy--yes, it's a huge topic, but the Blue Boxes from freshman year are classic and will appear on the exam. If nothing else, study some neuroanatomy all over again.
Goljan's lectures with notes are great--but you have to have the time to do them. It'll take a good week and a half at 10 hours/day pace.
Whatever you do, do it WELL! This usually means just two things (Kaplan and First-Aid, or Goljan and First-Aid). Basically learning anything well will help you, but nothing will be comprehensive enough.
